Service Description

Clients can expect to receive a customised workout plan tailored to their specific goals and physical abilities. They will also have access to a variety of exercises and activities to keep their workout interesting and challenging. In addition, i'll provide clients with the motivation, support and accountability they need to stay on track with their fitness goals. I'll request clients to send me videos of their lifts to critique their form and provide feedback. One of the most important aspect of online personal training is the regular check-ins, I can provide weekly check-ins that'll go for 15-30 mins to help clients track their progress, address any issues or concerns, and make any necessary adjustments to the workout plan.
