Service Description

Clients can expect to receive a customised workout plan tailored to their specific goals and physical abilities. They will also have access to a variety of exercises and activities to keep their workout interesting and challenging. In addition, i'll provide clients with the motivation, support and accountability they need to stay on track with their fitness goals. I'll request clients to send me videos of their lifts to critique their form and provide feedback. I offer daily communication and nutritional advice to my clients as a part of my comprehensive program. My weekly check-ins, which last 15-30 minutes, are an excellent opportunity to track progress, discuss any concerns, and adjust the workout plan. During these check-ins, I also review food diaries and meal plans, identify areas where clients may be struggling, and provide personalised recommendations to help them achieve their goals. I offer guidance on healthy eating habits, managing cravings, and avoiding common pitfalls, ensuring that my clients make sustainable progress towards their fitness and nutrition goals.
